I want to share this song by one of my favorite artists here in the Philippines and his name is TJ Monterde.
The song is titled Sigurado. I’ll add in the lyrics and try to translate it the best I can. This actually moved me so much today that it inspired me to write.

I told a friend of mine recently that I’m a hopeless romantic and I think this song is a testament to that.
If you know these two love bird’s story, mmmm.
I kind of see myself in her though (KZ) — how she acts, and even how she dresses (loves big comfortable clothes – they even share shirts – her and her husband TJ). I’ve been misjudged before because of my choice of clothing and how I walk or do things. But I love the fact that someone else out there is also like me in a way and she met a man that accepts her for who she is and who adores her to the bone. (There’s still hope for me. LoL)
I’m dedicating this song to myself by the way, because it’s representing my journey in some ways — discovering myself and learning that I’m my own “for certain”.
And remember the question I asked my friends? It definitely delivered and I was right. People see me in a much greater light than I do myself at times. It really helped. So, for everyone who participated in my little experiment, thank you so much! You don’t know how much it meant to me to receive those reminders.
